Back from Mount Logan !
In May and June 2011, a team of 7 climbers has summited the "inaccessible mountain".
Located 1 hour and half by plane from the nearest rescue center, at the far end of one of the greatest icecaps on earth, in the coldest northern hemisphere region (-77°c recorded in May 1991), Mount Logan is known as the "inaccessible mountain".
Between Alaska and Yukon, Logan (5959 meters) is, together with Mount Mc Kinley (Denali), the highest mountain in the sub-polar and polar regions. It's also Canada's highest peak.
